THE GANGES Ex Indian Restaurant in Chapel Street - one of the most attractive streets in Penzance - has been empty for too many years and is now semi-derelict with two separate owners unable to take action to change the situation. now considered literally a dangerous building after hundreds of roof slates slid off into Chapel Street! Fortunately it was raining (nobody on the street) and therefore no one was hurt! Cornwall Council has now initiated a CPO Order.
