St PAULS empty for many years.. The Society with others contacted the Duchy who then put it to Auction.Now sold and has Planning permission ref:PA21/08600 for x3 Apartments 2/3bed.

However, it is now up for auction again on Valentines Day with a guide price of £120,000 - we hope it sells to a buyer who will repurpose the building
